The Adaptive Behavioral Supports (ABS) service provides consultation services to assist families with children with disabilities and behaviours of concern. Under the supervision of a Registered Social Worker and a Registered Psychologist, ABS Consultants assist families with designing and implementing strategies to help their child meet their needs through alternative (non-problem) behaviour. Time-limited consultation is available to referred individuals receiving funding through the Calgary and Area Child and Family Services Authority.
